Industry Consultants, Inc. (IC) is a New York based company that provides video production services, including educational training, administrative and technical support services. Now in existence for 3 years, IC has been awarded 20 contracts, with New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Resident Councils throughout NYC five boroughs to create educational videos and training programs for youth, teens, adults and senior citizens.

Our production team have produced projects for government agencies, non-profits, and clients in technology, finance, fashion, transportation, health care, consumer services, and more. We are experienced in working with professional and non-professional talent.

Every video we produce, no matter the scale or genre, is designed to be an engaging motion picture that conveys its message in compelling and relatable ways. We use all the latest cameras, high-end production equipment.

IC has providing an array of video production services for television networks such as: HBO, Showtime, ESPN, OWN, Bravo, A&E, NBC, NYCTV BET and VH1.

We’ve interviewed scores of executives from startups and fortune 500s alike, as well as politicians, entrepreneurs and brilliant business people at all levels of the corporate ladder. We’ve also created some of the most dynamic cinematography, motion graphics, 3D animations, and visual effects.



Janine Saulsbury


President & CEO of Industry Consultants, Inc. she has 15+ years experience in Film & Media. During the past twenty years, Janine has developed several media-based companies and is the Founding Director of the Share for Life Foundation (S4L), a non-profit organization that creates educational videos and programs to empower disadvantaged communities in New York City. Under her guidance, S4L has conducted training workshops with videos for over 10,000 inner-city residents, since 2004. Realizing that visual stimulation is one of the most effective ways to communicate messages – particularly to youth – S4L fights for social change by developing supportive projects with creative campaigns: it infuses film and music with health awareness to warn youth about the consequences of high-risk behavior and empower them to make decisions that will lead them to live safe, healthy and productive lives. Janine has worked with over 75+ professional vendors, subcontractor and consultants throughout NYC; hiring and managing creative staff that understands the principles and integrity of working with city and government agencies.
